Liz Rusk
CEO
Liz joined us in November 2019. She brings decades of management and accounting experience. She was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ. Her family moved to New Mexico in 2012. She has a heart for God, her family, and the community.
Cynthia Black
LEAD/BSA MANAGER
Cynthia has over a decade of banking experience. Prior to that she worked in our school’s system. She is bilingual speaking English and Navajo. She likes to read, take walks, and explore new things.

Connie was raised in the four corners. She brings years of banking experience with her to HDCCU. She loves music and serenades us often.
JAZZ BARNEY
MSR
Jazz has a bachelor’s degree and over 10 years of banking experience. He loves taking walks with his dogs, swimming, hiking, camping, and riding his bike. He enjoys a good book and video game.
